All our rooms comes equipped with certified Smartlock system that offers guest a hassle free check-in procedure. A detailed check-in guide will be sent to guest upon successful booking.
Yes. One free private parking will be given per room with reservation. If you require additional parking please let our admins know
To ensure that you and future guest will have the best staying experience, there are a few standard house rules;

-Your Pets probably wont like staying in a new environment, so please leave them at home :)
-All our rooms comes standard smoking free. If you wish to smoke you may proceed outside to the balcony or common area.
-We urge you to kindly respect the privacy and sound-mind of the neighbors by keeping noise levels low. This would ensure that the tenants here as well as you can have a peaceful stay.
If you love the place you may choose to extend the stay, please let our admins know.
*If the room the room you are staying might be booked on the extended period, we will arrange you a new room.

In cancellation falls before midnight 0:00am 5 days before arrival date, the prepayment minus bank fees* will be refunded
*bank fees refers to paypal/alipay/credit card transaction fee 3% and direct banking/FPX fee RM1.50

We can’t help you book the perfect accommodations without information, so when you use our services there are certain pieces of information we ask for. This is pretty basic stuff – your name, preferred contact details, the names of anybody traveling with you, and your payment information.

HostAssist collects and uses information that you provide to us. When you make a reservation, you're (as a minimum) asked for your name and email address. We might also ask for your home address, telephone number, payment information, the names of any guests traveling with you, and any preferences you might have for your stay.

In addition to this, we also collect information from your computer. This can include the IP address, the browser you're using, and your language settings. There are also situations when we receive information about you from others or automatically collect other information
